Having the tools to maintain consistency when life gets busy is very important, and for me, Mini-Workouts are the answer. These Mini-Workouts are only 2-5 minutes long, but they make a world  of difference in regards to maintaining the fitness we put so much time and energy into building. The workouts can be done anywhere, anytime, with little or no equipment.
